Transmission Network Planning in Super Smart Grids: A Survey

For a utility company to reduce CO 2 emissions along with managing load demands, it must strive for 100 percent renewable electrical power generation. Europe takes initiatives achieve this goal by developing super smart grid (SSG) based on energy resources (RERs) 2050. The SSG is two exclusive alternatives: wide area and decentralized generation using large number of RERs. Before such SSG, there need address the critical issues associated RERs, i.e., flow balancing transients stability. Considering reliability issue involved RERs random deviations between demand response patterns, transient stability become challenging research in SSGs. These technical are also considered be more challenging, if an unexpected outage form occurrence three phase (L-L-L) faults (TPF) arises SSGs, due quality disturbances. To problem, probabilistic modeling performed paper order formulate complexity randomness patterns through transmission network planning (TNP) node (SSN) infrastructure. Moreover, further optimization SSN has been done addition cooperative control strategies terms integrating vehicle (V2G) technology enhancement Furthermore, as SSGs infrastructure different clusters, therefore accommodate various clusters balancing, continuous spinning reserve (CSRs) its integration network. above analysis, future contingencies easily predictable, before any kind disruptive changes TPF. from simulation results paper, we can verified that our proposed algorithm outperforms existing literature work achieved near optimal performance, even broad range variations case arising significant disturbances
